Function
Antioxidant Power and Free Radical Elimination: Vine Tea extract, rich in dihydromyricetin, significantly reduces lipid peroxidation levels and protects against oxidative damage caused by free radicals, thereby enhancing the body's overall antioxidant capacity.
Antibiotic Properties: Vine Tea extract demonstrates strong inhibitory effects against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium, and Alternaria. Dihydromyricetin specifically inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Liver Protection: Dihydromyricetin effectively reduces elevated ALT and AST levels in blood serum and decreases total bilirubin, providing a potent protective effect against liver damage. Additionally, it helps prevent liver fibrosis in rats.
